Say hello to the most delicious, and simple protein packed pancakes your tastebuds have touched.
When you want a high protein breakfast but you’re sick of meat, eggs, or even tofu, these pancakes will do the trick. Many of our athletes also use them for a quick snack and post-workout fuel.
Cinnamon Churro Protein Packed Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 overflowing scoop of your favorite protein powder We used Stronger Faster Healthier's Cinnamon Churro!
- 1 large overripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- Pro Tip: Cook pancakes in a few teaspoons of melted coconut oil for added flavor!
Instructions

Place pan on stovetop and set to low-medium heat.

Blend banana and eggs until smooth and creamy.

Add in remainder of dry ingredients until mixed evenly.

Add 2 tsp of coconut oil to warm pan. Move around until coated.

Using a 1/4 measuring cup, scoop batter onto pan. Turn until lightly golden brown on each side. This should take roughly 1-2 minutes.

Top with your favorite pure maple, fruit or nut butter and enjoy!
